The Opportunity We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative execution to drive our online presence across the Asia Pacific region. You’ll lead at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology, working with a talented team of SEO, Social Media, Web, and Marketing Comunication Specialists. Your mission: Build a powerful online presence that resonates with HR leaders and business decision-makers, enhances brand visibility, and generates marketing-qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead Regional Strategy: Own and execute a full-funnel digital marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple APAC markets. Content That Converts: Collaborate with SEO and content specialists to build campaigns that speak to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) are HR professionals and business leaders. SEO & Web Performance: Oversee SEO strategy, website performance, and content optimisation to improve visibility and ranking. AI-Enhanced Marketing: Champion the use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, automation platforms) to streamline research, content, performance analysis, and reporting. Campaign Experimentation: Design, launch, and test paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other B2B-relevant channels. Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze performance with tools like GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to continuously improve ROI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align messaging and goals, ensuring marketing contributes directly to growth. Team Leadership: Guide the marketing team (SEO, Social Media, Content, Web) and coordinate agency/vendor partners as needed. What You Bring 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or HR tech/SaaS. Proven ability to develop and execute regional or multi-market strategies. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, web content, and paid social from planning to execution. Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance. Excellent communication and project management skills. A proactive, adaptable attitude, comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing a team is a plus.
