Job Description

In daily collaboration with the marketing and communication department of the head office in Linz (Austria), clients, the sales team in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg, and various internal departments (customer service, logistics, etc.), the Marketing Manager is responsible for localizing the group’s marketing strategy of Silhouette and evil eye frames and lenses, adapting it to the French market, and executing it with excellence. Acting as a conductor, he/she ensures brand consistency in close cooperation with the French marketing colleagues, relevance of actions, and performance of results. This role requires strategic vision, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives, ensuring a strong and consistent market presence.Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget, identifying growth opportunities and innovative initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and materials on time.Oversee brand communication and content creation, including digital platforms, social media, and promotional assets.Organize and lead events and trade marketing activities, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and support continuous improvement.Education & ExperienceDegree in Marketing or Communication (Bachelor’s or Master’s).2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a premium or international environment.Strong strategic and operational marketing skills with excellent communication abilities.Digitally proficient, with experience in CMS, CRM, design tools, and Microsoft Office.Proven ability to manage complex projects independently and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German is an advantage. Experience in the optical industry is a plus.
