📣 Growth & Marketing Manager (Digital Platforms) — Biiyond Production📍 Location: Kathmandu (in-office)About Biiyond Biiyond Production is a creative video agency based in Kathmandu. We work with international clients (via networks and different digital platforms) to produce explainer videos, product videos, commercial ads and social media content. We’re rebuilding Biiyond 2.0 with better systems, stronger brand and faster growth.🧩 Role Summary We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of revenue growth – especially through digital channels. Your job is to bring in more qualified orders, revive old clients, and build simple marketing systems that keep growing every month. This is a hands-on role, not just “strategy talk”.📌 Key Responsibilities • Own growth of all our digital profiles (existing + new) • Create and optimize gigs, keywords, pricing, offers and packages • Monitor impressions, clicks, conversions, and run experiments • Work closely with CRM team to improve messages, follow-ups and upsell • Revive past clients and try to bring them back on monthly packages • Coordinate with Creative Director (CD) to improve thumbnails, gig videos, showreels, portfolio • Support basic social media & brand marketing (until we hire a dedicated social media person) • Prepare a simple monthly growth report for the CEO (what worked, what didn’t, next plan)✅ What we are looking for • Experience selling services or projects (agency, freelance, SaaS or similar) • Strong understanding of online clients – how they think, what they want • Good English writing and communication • Comfortable with numbers, Google Sheets, basic analytics • Fast execution: you enjoy trying ideas, measuring results and adjusting✨ Bonus (nice to have, not mandatory): • Freelance marketplace experience • Experience in creative / video / marketing agencies💰 Compensation • Salary range: NPR 45,000 – 80,000 (depending on experience and skills) • Performance bonus based on growth results (e.g., hitting monthly revenue milestones) • Long-term growth path and potential Phantom ESOP after proven performance🕒 Work Type • Full-time, based in Kathmandu (office-first culture with some hybrid flexibility after probation)📨 How to Apply [Mandatory] Fill up the application form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1GjdeNfKL9imtC51Vsl_UDBEYiBdE9fpORe8HxP5t9BI/edit [Mandatory] Attach your CV and one example of a project where you helped grow sales/revenue.You can also email your application to: hr@biiyond.com#hiring #marketingjobs #growthmanager #kathmandu #biiyondproduction
