WorkBrand - Specialized Office Services, Consulting, Training, and MediaLocation: Cairo, Giza, EgyptJob SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and developing all digital and traditional marketing activities for WorkBrand. The role aims to formulate comprehensive and effective strategies that drive Brand Awareness and deliver qualified Lead Generation across all business lines: Specialized Office Services, Consulting, Training, and Media. This position requires actively leading the marketing team and ensuring the achievement of the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI) from all marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership and Team ManagementDevelop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives in the B2B services sector.Lead, mentor, and direct the marketing team, delegating tasks, and providing necessary training to enhance performance and efficiency.Accurately prepare and monitor the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource utilization and achieve the targeted Return on Investment (ROI).Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager and Sales team to ensure lead quality and the full integration of marketing and sales efforts.2. Digital & Content MarketingFull oversight of all digital marketing channels: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and management of Paid Advertising campaigns.Supervise social media strategies (especially LinkedIn) to build WorkBrand’s authority as an expert in the Consulting, Training, and Media fields.Lead the development of valuable and innovative content (Thought Leadership Content) that highlights the company's expertise in its service offerings.Support the Media division in promoting and distributing its specific content and services.3. Performance Analysis and ReportingDefine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns, analyze data to evaluate effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities.Prepare detailed, periodic performance reports (weekly and monthly) for senior management, including ROI analysis and actionable recommendations.Conduct continuous market research to understand competitor trends and the behavior of institutional customers.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as a Marketing Manager or Supervisor.Sector Experience: Strong, proven experience in Services Marketing and B2B Marketing, preferably within the Consulting or Training sectors.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and excellent skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.Competencies: Proven leadership and management abilities, strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, and complete fluency in both Arabic and English.Contact DetailsThis is a Full-time position based at the company's headquarters in: 72 Gameat Al Dewal Street – Mohandessin, Giza, Egypt.To apply, please send your resume to: info@workbrand.org or contact us at: 01205193333 / +20 10 94620000.For more information, please visit our website: www.workbrand.org
