Position: Marketing ManagerCasa Vista Development is a premier property development company in Dubai, We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of real estate marketing, strong strategic thinking, and proven ability to manage both planning and execution across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective quarterly and annual marketing plans and budgets.Lead, guide, and manage the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns.Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms.Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect Casa Vista’s premium brand standards and project vision.Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences in the real estate and development sector.Requirements:Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in real estate or property development.Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.Excellent understanding of marketing strategy, budgeting, and ROI-driven planning.Strong leadership and communication skills with a professional, detail-oriented approach.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Note: Only applicants with relevant experience, professionalism, and deep marketing expertise will be considered.
