About the Role: As an Advisory CBRE Marketing Manager, you will create and implement marketing campaigns specifically for the Advisory business line within the Regional Headquarters (RHQ) area. This role is critical for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan for the region, identifying new market opportunities, and continuously monitoring the regional market, competitors, and operations relevant to Advisory services. You will directly support the RHQ Executive Director Advisory and Marketing & Communications wider team by ensuring that all marketing efforts are strategically aligned to drive growth and market presence for Advisory products and services. This job is part of the Marketing and Communications function, responsible for the design, development, and execution of marketing programs that support the organization's Advisory products and services. What You'll Do: Operational Efficiency & Maintenance Oversight:Develop, implement, and manage the comprehensive marketing plan for the Advisory business line across the RHQ region, aligning with strategic business objectives and overall marketing strategy for the region.Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and emerging trends for Advisory services within the RHQ region.Continuously monitor the regional market landscape, competitor activities, and operational performance relevant to Advisory services, providing actionable insights to the RHQ General Manager Advisory.Serve as the primary contact for events and marketing activities for Advisory services within the RHQ region.Manage and assist with the implementation of the team's marketing campaigns for Advisory products and services. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines.Ensure compliance with company standards, logo, and consistency of marketing materials for all Advisory-related communications.Negotiate vendor pricing and provide cost estimates to clients for Advisory marketing initiatives.Manage media submissions, including press releases, feature stories, and by-line articles related to Advisory services.Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management, specifically detailing performance of Advisory marketing initiatives.Create persuasive presentations on complex topics related to Advisory services for employees, clients, management, or public groups.Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.What You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, specifically in marketing for Advisory real estate services or a similar professional services sector. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, advanced marketing development software, required.Experience in the areas of marketing plan, Internal and external communications, competitor activities, advertising, promotion, campaigns, marketing standards.Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management is a plus.Effectively communicates complex and sensitive information, sets clear performance expectations, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
