(SEO & GEO & Google ADS & Bing ADS).As the business accelerates, we are strengthening our own organization and looking for a passionate professional to lead our own marketing and shape our brand's future.Job DescriptionAs our Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing strategy and actively participate in its hands-on execution. In this role, you will work across all key areas of modern marketing. While our team has deep expertise in specific fields, we expect you to have a good foundational understanding and a hands-on approach to the following:Content: Ideate and execute multi-channel content (both text and visuals), and measure its performance.Create and publish visually appealing newsletters.Maintain and optimize our digital ad channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), including the creation of ad visuals.Manage the company's social media channels and engage with our community.Design and run A/B tests to improve conversions across all channels.Innovation: Actively participate in testing and developing new AI tools and our own AI agents (with the help of the Dashboa software).Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs to management.What We Expect from You?At least 3 years of experience in diverse marketing roles.A good visual eye and light graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) for creating newsletters and ad materials.Practical, hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).Excellent oral and written proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, and English to effectively manage our key markets.A genuine interest in and understanding of AI technologies and their practical application in marketing.
