More than a century of determination and craftsmanship drive our mission: to combine exceptional quality, focus, and precision better than anyone in the industry.About the RoleRole Overview:We’re seeking a proactive, strategic Marketing Manager who can do both high-level planning and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building our brand presence in NYC and beyond, driving lead generation and conversion, managing channels (digital, events, content, social), and collaborating cross-functionally (sales, product, operations) to align marketing with business goals.Key Responsibilities:·      Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with company growth targets (brand awareness, lead pipeline, customer engagement).·      Manage key marketing channels: digital advertising (PPC/social), content marketing (blogs, white-papers, case studies), email/marketing automation, SEO/SEM, events/tradeshows (if applicable).·      Build and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate campaigns from ideation through launch, measurement, optimization.·      Own the brand voice, positioning and messaging: ensure consistency across web, social, collateral, and internal communications.·      Collaborate with sales and product teams to generate compelling content (use cases, customer stories) and support pipeline.·      Establish metrics/KPIs for marketing performance, track ROI, leverage analytics to drive decisions.·      Manage external vendors/partners (creative agencies, freelancers) as needed.·      Operate within budget; scale marketing efforts as company grows.Qualifications:·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).·      3-6 years of marketing experience (ideally in a startup or high-growth environment).·      Demonstrated track record of driving growth via digital marketing and content.·      Strong analytical ability: comfortable with data, metrics, measuring campaign performance.·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear and compelling marketing materials.·      Experience with marketing tools/technology (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta ads, HubSpot/Marketo/other marketing automation, CRM familiarity).·      Self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity, able to wear multiple hats and evolve as the company scales.·      Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or other tech-driven company; familiarity with brand building in NYC; events/trade show experience.What We Offer:·      Working in the heart of NYC with a newly built office (provide details if you have)·      Opportunity to shape marketing function and grow with the company (clear path to Director level)·      Competitive salary + bonus structure ·      Benefits (health, generous PTO, etc.)·      Collaborative, energetic team environment, startup culture but stable company backing.Compensation PackageBase Salary:$90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)Commission / Bonus:Uncapped commission structureTarget OTE (On-Target Earnings): $100,000 – $130,000+Commission tied to lead generation/growth KPIs.Benefits:Healthcare subsidy (company covers partial cost of employee plan)Travel & networking event budgetPTO & paid holidays
