We are dedicated to providing our customers with products that promote relaxation and improve overall sleep quality and wellbeing.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Marketing Strategist at our Subang Jaya location. As a Marketing & Branding Strategist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing communication efforts. You will also play a key role in researching customer preferences, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to promote our sleep products.Other Major ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to elevate the Dozoff brand and drive consumer engagement.Lead the conceptualization and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and consistency across all touchpoints.Monitor campaign performance and metrics, and optimize strategies to achieve key objectives and KPIs.Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making processes.Qualifications/ExperienceMarket Research and Marketing Strategy skillsExcellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativityProven track record of success in branding and marketing roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacityManage and execute marketing campaigns Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferencesUnderstanding of digital marketing strategies and platformsStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plansAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesPassion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and adaptability to change
