This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company’s marketing vision - ensuring brand consistency, global visibility, and impactful storytelling across all channels.The role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in marketing leadership, capable of translating strategic goals into creative, measurable, and results-driven marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement the organization’s overall marketing and communications strategy aligned with corporate objectives and brand identity.Position the company as a global, forward-thinking brand through innovative storytelling, PR, and digital presence.Lead the planning and execution of annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business growth priorities.Advise senior leadership on market positioning, reputation management, and emerging marketing trends.2. Brand & Corporate CommunicationsOversee the brand architecture and ensure consistency of message, design, and tone across all platforms.Craft and deliver compelling corporate narratives, press releases, and executive speeches that elevate the company’s image.Manage PR activities and media relations to enhance reputation and visibility across key markets.Coordinate the development of internal communication strategies to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.3. Marketing Operations & CampaignsLead the design and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events) to promote the company’s business divisions and projects.Supervise the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets to support business development and investor relations.Plan, organize, and oversee the company’s participation in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.Manage all external marketing agencies and ensure cost-effective, quality-driven delivery of services.4. Digital Marketing & AnalyticsDevelop and manage the company’s digital ecosystem — including the corporate website, social media, and online publications.Utilize analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and enhance customer and stakeholder engagement.Leverage marketing automation tools and digital solutions to streamline marketing workflows and reporting.5. Leadership & Budget ManagementBuild, mentor, and manage a small team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and accountability.Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable ROI.Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for the CEO and Board.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.8–12 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership within international or group-level environments.Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.Strong background in PR, media relations, and corporate communications.Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and leading teams.Experience in B2B and B2C marketing and corporate branding is preferred.Skills & CompetenciesStrategic mindset with operational excellence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch or German is anadvantage).Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in modern marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.High integrity, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.*Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
