You’ll lead campaigns for both online & offline activities. You’ll collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver measurable impact and data-driven growth.• Develop and execute multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, social ads, display, and content).• Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms.• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of all performance marketing initiatives.• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure high-quality, conversion-focused output.• Track KPIs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights and performance reports.•  •  Mentor and lead junior marketers to build a strong, high-performing team.REQUIREMENT• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably from education or startups.• 1-2 years of experience leading or managing marketing teams.• Excellent understanding of digital ecosystems: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics.• Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive ROI.• Prior exposure to startup environments or building teams from scratch is highly preferred.• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and growth mindset.Don't require English conversation.INTERVIEW PROCESS• CV Screen• Round 1: interview with HRM• Round 2: interview with CEO
