Marketing Manager – Fintech Company | Herzliya

Responsibilities:Lead the company’s digital marketing activities, from strategy to execution – working both independently and with external vendors.Manage performance campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate high-quality B2B leads.Plan and execute inbound marketing processes – including content creation, automation, newsletters, and nurturing flows.Create engaging marketing content: articles, landing pages, presentations, short videos, and social media materials.Strengthen the company’s presence through conferences, partnerships, and community initiatives.Measure, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing performance in collaboration with Sales and Product teams.Lead cross-organizational marketing projects and take ownership of emerging strategic areas.Requirements:Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with strong expertise in performance and PPC.Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of independence, and passion for execution.Significant advantage: experience in B2B marketing.Excellent collaboration skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.Understanding of regulated industries and ability to work towards dynamic KPIs.Deep understanding of multi-layered marketing funnels (Top–Mid–Bottom).Exceptional copywriting skills in both Hebrew and English.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).Analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven marketing.Experience organizing marketing events and professional conferences.Strong advantage: knowledge and experience in the financial/payments industry.📍 Full-time, based in our offices in Herzliya Pituach.
