Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy Development:o Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals and enhance market presence.o Identify customer segments, market trends, and opportunities for growth.o Align marketing efforts with overall company objectives and revenue targets.2. Campaign Planning and Execution:o Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and in-app channels.o Coordinate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.o Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.3. Brand Management:o Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.o Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate brand values.4. Customer Acquisition and Retention:o Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers through paid media, partnerships, promotions, and events.o Implement loyalty programs and retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value.5. Data-Driven Marketing:o Analyze marketing data to measure campaign success, ROI, and customer behavior.o Use insights to refine strategies and recommend actionable improvements.o Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.6. Team Leadership:o Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and analysts.o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.o Conduct performance reviews and provide opportunities for skill development.7. Budget Management:o Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.o Monitor spending and report on financial performance.8. Stakeholder Collaboration:o Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with company objectives.o Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies and influencers. Qualifications:1. Education & Experience:o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.o 5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.o Experience in the food delivery, e-commerce, or tech industry is highly desirable.2. Skills:o Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and email marketing).o Excellent project management and organizational skills.o Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.3. Soft Skills:o Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.o Strategic thinker with a creative and problem-solving mindset.o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.4. Preferred:o Knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.o Familiarity with influencer marketing and content creation trends.o Experience in UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization.
