Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities:The Marketing Manager is overall in charge of, and accountable for the timely, effective,and efficient development, planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of thefollowing programs and initiatives in accordance with the company’s standards, its brand values and personality, and its business strategies and objectives:I. Market Research● Identifying potential new markets and revenue streams● Collection of data on the effectiveness of product presentation, promotion, pricing strategies, and product placement● Analyzing company campaigns and translating qualitative data intorecommendations for revising content marketingII. Brand Marketing● Advertising, Promotions and Brand awareness● Strategic and effective collaborations and partnerships● Planning and execution of marketing rollouts and chief assembliesIII. Social Media and Customer Feedback Management● Overseeing company's interactions with the public through social media platforms● Facilitating, and providing the needed assistance to the Operations Team to respondto the customers and address their feedback.IV. Marketing Services● Local Store Marketing and Store Opening Support● Local Store Community Relations and Grassroots Marketing ProgramsV. Marketing Fund Administration and Management● Marketing Fund Management (PCF) and Execution of SMART Marketing Fund Management planVI. Leadership and Professionalism● Maintains professional decorum and respectable demeanor● Maintains exemplary attendance and punctuality record● Enthusiastically abides by company policies and encourages others to do the same● Embraces and exemplifies the BWNT values and culture● Active participation, and pro-active contribution in meetings. ● Other tasks or projects as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, relevant tothe position and your professional developmentAcademic Credentials:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, VisualCommunication, Multimedia Arts, Broadcast Communication, Communication Arts orother relevant courses. Qualifications:● A graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration Advertising, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Broadcast Communication, Communication Artsor other relevant courses. ● Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant managerial experience in CasualDining Restaurant or food industry. ● Strong understanding of marketing trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics. ● Experience in Local Store Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Management and CRM tools. ● With good interpersonal, communication and presentation
