Job Purpose Gold Harvest is a fast-growing FMCG company operating in different categories in food industry. In Consumer Adhesives, this position will play a key and strategic role achieving our ambition of doubling our business by scaling our Salty Snack, Nuts & Seeds and Healthy Snack categories by spearheading disruptive claim driven innovation, crafting purposeful communication, and driving impactful business results while keeping the teams true to the strategy of the business in local and international market. We’re at the beginning of our journey, but growing fast — if you want to be at the heart of this momentum, make a real impact, and help shape the future with us, we’d love to have you on board.Main Function and ScopeLead the end-to-end marketing agenda for adhesives for consumers, with full responsibility.Define and execute strategic direction across brand and categories, fully aligned with business goals.Drive brand building, portfolio and innovation agenda, pricing and positioning strategies, alongside consumer communication and marketing investments.Duties and Responsibilities* Strategic Brand Category ManagementMarket and Category SegmentationCategory strategy in conjunction with the Category directorsBrand Positioning in the relevant countriesBrand Equity ManagementRange Architecture ManagementStrategic pricingChannel Strategy* Innovation & RenovationIdentifying new consumers and technology opportunitiesBriefing the categories for the key innovations in needPackaging design and product formulation via categoriesDetermining the right range, variants and formats* Brand CommunicationsCommunications strategy (inc. high level media priorities)Theme advertising copy development (eg for TV, press, outdoor, digital etc)Agency briefing and managementCoordinates PR & Sponsorship activities* National Marketing Plans for all countries where necessaryParticipates in the creation of marketing strategies and annual plans in line with the overall company strategies and accordingly prepares the marketing plans and budgets together with his/her superior.* Customer and Channel Marketing ManagementSupervises promotions planning, budget setting and pricing.Deep dive of sales and market reports and develop strategies and take actions in all channels to increase salesChannel strategy management for all brands and product portfolio (planogram, channel portfolio strategy, pricing, sizing)Development of sales tools for the sales force: Sales pitches, Trade Stories, among others.* Launch ManagementParticipates in launch plans and channel strategies for each country.Coordinates and ensures the packaging artworks* Market Research StudiesAnalyzes retail and household panel data and uses the data for the development of the action plans.Identifies the need for market research conducted to analyze the consumer need and behavior, has the research briefs prepared, evaluates the researches and accordingly creates action plans.* Product/Portfolio Management (also vis a vis competition)Studies all the findings regarding the market dynamics, identifies the product strengths and weaknesses, competitive threat and opportunities, and contributes to product strategies in line with the company’s overall strategy. Observes and ensures analysis of product performance.Experience & QualificationMin. 8-10 years' of marketing experience with substantial & proven track record onin brand/product management/marketing FMCG Strong presentation, communication & project management skillAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge on communication development, media planning process, digital communication & e-commerceAnalytical thinking, good with numbers (sales analysis, knowledge of P&L, budgeting) and has experience in strategy developmentExperience in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders – both internal and external partnersExperience in leading an internal cross functional task force and working with external agenciesPractical thinking to solve problems immediately to move forwardFluent English language communicaton for external countries.
