This role will report into the Head of Marketing, APAC.The ideal candidate is someone who is:Exceptionally organized with a strong focus on attention to detailDriven to achieve flawless resultsProven in their ability to lead and complete successful marketing campaignsCollaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teamsExperienced in managing events and media relationsProficient in both Japanese and EnglishWhat you will do:Implement marketing campaigns to promote our brand and investment strategies across institutional investors, wholesale channels, and high-net-worth individualsCollaborate with sales/investor relations, investment specialists, and investment professionals to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goalsDevelop and implement local conference plans, manage budgets, and track return on investment for client eventsBuild, review, and edit content for press releases, byline articles, keynote presentations, and other associated contentDevelop and implement PR plans, oversee media agencies, and assess SOV resultsTrack, measure, and report on the efficiency of marketing activitiesAnd other responsibilities as requiredWhat you bring:Experience in asset management, financial services, or private equity marketingProven experience working in global organizations and collaborating across geographiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNative Japanese speaker, proficiency in English is a plusEducation Preferred:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience:5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with specific expertise in completing marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media
