Marketing Manager

We are now seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with strong project management capabilities to lead our event strategy and marketing initiatives across multiple European markets: Nordics, UK, / Netherlands.This role requires a confident decision-maker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly juggle multiple projects while maintaining strategic focus and attention to detail.What You’ll DoDevelop and deliver event strategies that strengthen Ingrid’s brand and support business goals.Lead end-to-end event management — from planning and logistics to budgets, vendors, and post-event insights.Drive cross-market marketing campaigns together with the Demand Generation and Sales teams.Manage merchandise planning, ordering, and inventory.Create simple design assets like event backdrops, promotional materials, and landing pages.Track ROI, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.Maintain CRM activities and nurture email campaigns in HubSpot to support sales cycles.Must-haves3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong event management focus.Proven track record managing projects across multiple markets (UK, Netherlands, Nordics).Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and automation tools.Solid budget management and reporting experience.Basic design ability (Canva, Figma, or similar).Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).Nice-to-havesExperience in B2B marketing or SaaS.Understanding of digital campaign analytics and lead generation.Familiarity with marketing automation tools (MAPs).Dutch or Norwegian language skills.Experience organizing online events, workshops, or webinars.Proven track record of delivering measurable event ROI.What’s In It For YouA chance to make an impact in a fast-growing European SaaS company.A collaborative, kind, and forward-thinking team that truly cares.Competitive compensation and benefits package (including pension, wellness allowance, and more).Flexibility in how and where you work.Opportunities for learning, development, and growth as we scale.About IngridIngrid connects retailers, carriers, and consumers to make delivery a positive part of shopping — not an afterthought.
