What You’ll Do: Plan and run conventional digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn. . . ) designed to drive strong engagement and high shareability across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. Analyze campaign performance: track key metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. Manage and coordinate with the content creator and designer to execute campaigns.
Stay ahead of the curve by researching market trends and competitor strategies. Identify and capitalize on trends to produce content with viral potential. Brainstorm and execute on innovative content ideas to increase brand reach and community growth. Report weekly results and insights to the leadership team. What We’re Looking For: Passion for marketing, social media, and EdTech. Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and analytics tools (training provided). Strong writing, communication and organizational skills. A proactive, “get-things-done” attitude.
