Marketing Manager – B2B Functional Ingredients(Nutraceuticals / Functional Mushrooms)Location: Karjalohja, Finland. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape strategy, build brand equity, and deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced and high-impact environment.You’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution, managing a passionate team and collaborating across functions; from Sales to R&D and Production.If you thrive at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and commercial results, and you’re ready to take ownership of a dynamic, growing category, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the global B2B marketing strategy to position the company as a leading supplier of functional mushroom ingredients.Lead a talented marketing team by fostering creativity, standards, accountability, and collaboration.Drive integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and brand positioning.Alongside our Digital Marketing Specialist, manage and optimise digital marketing performance (SEO, PPC, social, content, and email).Build and nurture a strong industry community and brand presence with ourMarketing Specialist through thought leadership, partnerships, and events.With our Communications Manager, collaborate on communications and PR strategy, leveraging media and agency partners to elevate visibility and credibility.Develop compelling B2B content — from white papers and case studies to video, web, and social content.Partner with Sales teams to craft effective go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral.Plan and manage global trade shows, conferences, and customer events.Analyse and report marketing performance, demonstrating ROI and continuous improvement.Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the functional ingredients and nutraceutical space.Key Experience & SkillsProven success in B2B marketing, ideally in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, or functional foods/beverages.Experienced people manager with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.Demonstrated experience across the full marketing mix: strategy, digital, brand, content, ABM, events, and communications.Strong understanding of global B2B customer journeys and the dynamics of ingredient supply chains.Creative, commercially minded, and comfortable working hands-on when needed.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Data-driven approach with solid understanding of analytics, performance tracking, and marketing automation tools.Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Technical teams.Passion for health, wellness, and functional ingredients.Why Join UsPlay a pivotal role in one of the fastest-growing categories in global nutrition and wellness.Join a team that values creativity, integrity, and innovation.Opportunity to build something meaningful and see your work directly impact business growth.Dynamic, collaborative culture with room to grow as the company scales.How to applyPlease submit your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest in the role and relevant experience to careers@kaapabiotech.com.
