Marketing Manager

Position Overview:We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead LORD OIL’s marketing strategy — digital, creative, and performance-driven. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative leadership to drive brand growth, optimize ROI, and scale revenue sustainably.⚠️ Please note: This position is open only to Arabic-speaking candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:Lead all marketing operations (digital, creative, and content).Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Manage and mentor the marketing team, defining clear KPIs and growth plans.Oversee paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate) and optimize campaigns.Supervise content production to ensure consistency with brand identity and sales targets.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and strategic recommendations.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership role.Proven success in E-commerce, Personal Care, or Marketing Agencies.Strong knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and digital strategy.Professional certifications such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads Academy are a strong plus.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.Highly data-driven with strong decision-making abilities.Fluent in Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).Must be based in Saudi Arabia (on-site only, no remote work).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achieve a monthly ROAS of at least 3.0.Drive +15% to +30% monthly revenue growth.Increase AOV by 20% within the first 90 days.Maintain consistent customer acquisition costs (CPA).What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding Saudi brand.Creative, ambitious, and supportive work environment.📩 To apply, send your CV to: talent@lordoil.com 🧠 Only qualified Arabic-speaking candidates based in Saudi Arabia will be considered.
