The following responsibilities are awaiting you:You roll out the regional brand strategy across distribution partner markets, ensuring a thorough understanding of each market’s category landscape. You maintain ongoing communication with the EMEA marketing team to ensure full alignment with regional strategies. You act as a bridge between distribution partners and internal teams by sharing insights, best practices, and market feedback. You develop and drive local B2B/B2C brand activation strategies (online and offline) with distribution partners to boost engagement and awareness. You coordinate annual marketing plans with distribution partners in line with regional and departmental objectives. You organize regional and local HCP events and webinars to strengthen brand engagement and education. You manage external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing initiatives. You monitor and optimize marketing initiatives based on campaign performance insights. You support digital marketing infrastructure projects to ensure all required customer touchpoints exist. You stay up to date on top-level local regulatory and compliance rules for B2B and B2C advertising and promotion. You provide strategic and creative guidance to partners, ensuring compliant and on-brand execution in line with Distribution Brand Guidance. You collaborate closely with Area Managers and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to align marketing strategies with country-specific needs and support sales objectives. You organize recurring training sessions for distribution partners to ensure they have up-to-date product and brand knowledge for effective HCP communication. What we expect from you:You have a master’s degree in marketing, international management, or a comparable field. You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/marketing communications and/or digital marketing, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical aesthetics industry. You have experience in working within a distribution partner business model. You have a results-driven mindset and thrive in a challenging international environment. You manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining reliability in timelines and figures. You possess excellent analytical and presentation skills, with both a strategic and hands-on approach. You demonstrate a high level of initiative, ownership, and accountability. You have strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills and are a collaborative team player with intercultural competence. You are proficient in Microsoft Office. You are business fluent in English; fluency in German, Russian, or Turkish is a plus.
