Job Title: Marketing Manager Department: Marketing & Communications Industry: B2B Telecommunications / Enterprise Solutions Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B enterprise solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing and partnership initiatives that enhance customer engagement, strengthen channel ecosystems, and drive growth across key verticals such as government, enterprise, SMEs Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing & Planning Develop and execute annual marketing and partnership plans aligned with corporate goals and sales priorities. Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product and Digital Marketing teams to align go-to market activities 2. Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing Manage co-marketing programs and joint campaigns with key partners (e.g., technology principals, distributors, and industry collaborators). Strengthen partner visibility through joint events, showcases, and co-branded content initiatives. Build long-term ecosystem relationships to enhance brand trust and create mutual business opportunities. 3. CRM, Customer Engagement & Retargeting Lead the strategy and management of the company’s CRM system to ensure effective segmentation, database accuracy, and campaign performance tracking. Design and execute customer engagement and retention programs, including lifecycle marketing, upsell/cross-sell campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM). Develop retargeting strategies to re-engage dormant or lapsed customers, and strengthen share of wallet from existing clients.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience Proven experience in partnership marketing, CRM management, and customer engagement programs. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills and experience. Analytical, organised, and comfortable working with performance data and CRM insights.
