Marketing Manager

Position SummaryAs a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for setting overall brand direction under assigned category. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, leadership, and execution capabilities to drive brand power, sales, market share and profit growth. Additionally, you're expected to provide mentorship and guidance to the team while contributing to decision-making processes at various organizational levels. What you'll doStrategic & Brand Leadership:Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen brand equity, and respond to market trends. Identify consumer, market, and competitive insights to fuel innovation and uncover opportunities.Brand & Category Management: Lead category planning including portfolio strategy, pricing, innovation pipeline, and channel approaches. Oversee IMC campaigns, consumer engagement, promotions, and new product launches. Set KPIs, track performance, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.Innovation & Product Development: Guide the team in ideating, developing, and commercializing product concepts, including new products, renovations, and quality or profitability improvements.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product development, sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure alignment and amplify marketing initiatives.People Leadership & Capability Building: Foster a high-performance team through coaching, mentoring, and capability building to strengthen marketing expertise and leadership.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing roles with a minimum of 15 years of brand/marketing experience. At least 8 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position, preferably within the marketing field. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand management. Leadership experience in managing teams and driving multi-brand strategies.
