While now recognized as a global fashion brand, MOSCOT remains, at heart, a neighborhood optical shop.We’re currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager with excellent organizational skills, who is capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. You will be focused on building the brands’ GTM strategy through digital innovation, social media, and content marketing. You must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, have excellent communication and writing skills, and a have an understanding of all things marketing. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: Manage & coordinate all marketing activities, marketing meetings, and advertising to provide consistent and authentic brand messaging to support retail, wholesale and moscot.com.Create engaging content by executing on MOSCOT’s brand strategy – to drive brand awareness, acquire new consumers, and connect with our audience.Manage deployment of content calendar and collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure that timelines and deliverables are in line with brand goals.Ensure brand voice, copywriting and creative direction maintains brand integrity and strategy across all channels and communications. Review, edit and provide direction for all digital, social and eCommerce activities.Support the GTM strategy and execution of bi-annual campaigns (Fall & Spring) on production, creative, asset distribution, and budget.Test new marketing opportunities and propose ideas to the broader marketing team.Oversee quarterly competitor analysis presentations to strategize new campaign, marketing, and advertising initiatives (creative brief kick-offs with analysis, inspirational imagery and creative input)Social media management – work directly with Social Media Coordinator to post daily, oversee and grow following and engagement on organic channels, and have a deep understanding of the evolving industry to advise best course of action. Manage Social Media Coordinator to assist in marketing and social related activities.Liaise between Marketing and Creative using brand insights and ongoing learnings of successes, opportunities.Manage weekly reporting of organic marketing performance and share insights with the broader marketing team.Work directly with the directors and managers on copywriting for all collaborative brand activities to ensure the voice of the brand remains authentic.Ideate and propose to the team new ways to promote new products i.e. creative brief management and bi-weekly campaign management.Educate employees and the team about industry marketing trends.Guide external partnership activations via outreach, partnership management, and strategic storytelling.Support the planning, execution, and strategy of branded eventsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years working in luxury fashion market;Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;Proven track record of developing multi-channel digital campaigns;Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practices;Strong interpersonal and relationship--building skills;Strong writing and verbal skills;Appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industryHybrid role - onsite 2-3 days
