We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across all brands. This role will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing performance, and building a high-performing in-house team to support our business objectives.📍 Location: Buenos Aires - Hybrid 🕓 Employment Type: Full-time💰 Salary: USD$2000 - $2500 Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and Leadership: Lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for all company brands, utilizing in-house specialists and resources to achieve corporate objectives.Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor and analyze a critical set of KPIs, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Appointment (CPA), monthly lead volume, appointments, and customer conversions.Demand Generation & Conversion: Drive demand generation and customer acquisition through innovative, data-driven campaigns. Develop and optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies, including outbound communication, email automation, and the development of call scripts.Team Oversight: Manage and develop a growing marketing team. Directly manage the web developer, outbound specialist, SEO specialist, and content creator while transitioning marketing functions in-house to enhance control and efficiency.Content and SEO: Collaborate with the SEO specialist to develop engaging, search-optimized content — including blogs, print materials, and digital assets. Manage social media content across platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.Budget & ROI Management: Maximize marketing ROI by strategically allocating budgets and resources while increasing lead generation. Track lead source attribution to optimize spend.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with sales and field teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Mentor the customer success team to strengthen client relationships, improve close rates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Expectations for SuccessProactivity and Innovation: Show high proactivity and a willingness to continuously learn new technologies and strategies.
