Job Title: Marketing ManagerKey Responsibilities:1.Brand strategy and creative planningLead the company's brand global positioning and marketing strategy formulation, combine market trends, competitive product analysis and target user portraits;Propose innovative online and offline integrated marketing plans (including but not limited to social media, advertising, KOL cooperation, offline activities, etc.) to enhance brand influence and market share.Deeply participate in the branding operation of e-commerce platforms such as independent stations, optimize the visual presentation of product pages, A+ content and off-site traffic diversion strategies, and ensure the unity of brand tone.2.Cross-cultural team collaboration and project managementAs the core communication bridge of the international team, coordinate the resources of the Chinese and ANZ marketsDesign, operations and other departments to promote the efficient implementation of marketing projects; have the flexibility to deal with time differences and cross-cultural collaboration.Establish standardized marketing processes and regularly output multilingual review reports (Chinese and English) to ensure team goal alignment.3.Full-process content creation and effect optimizationLead the full-link content production (video/graphics/EDM, etc.) from creative proposals to implementation, control content quality and brand consistency, and continuously optimize conversion rates through data tools such as A/B testing.Manage external cooperation resources (advertising agencies, KOLs, media, etc.), control budgets and evaluate ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, media, international trade or related majors;More than 3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce/FMCG industry market planning, with brand off-site promotion success cases preferred;Bilingual proficiency preferred (Fluent in Chinese and English), able to independently write English marketing copy and business proposals;Proficient in using data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) and content creation tools (Adobe series/Canva)
