Role OverviewThe Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The role requires a data-driven professional who can deliver measurable business growth through paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from a digital marketing agency, with a strong track record in ROI-focused campaign management, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC).Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement.Track daily budget pacing and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend across campaigns.Analytics & OptimizationAnalyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools.Identify performance trends and actionable insights to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting results, insights, and recommendations.Strategy & CollaborationWork closely with the creative and content teams to align campaign messaging and visuals with brand goals.Collaborate with SEO, CRM, and web teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.Contribute to the overall digital strategy by identifying growth opportunities and emerging digital channels.Market & Competitor AnalysisStay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising features.Benchmark against competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Candidate ProfileQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred.Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on campaign management on Google and Meta platforms.Minimum 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.Proven record of managing large-scale paid campaigns and delivering measurable business results.Skills & Competencies:Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.Proficiency with tracking tools and tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.Creative mindset with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital funnels.
