Job Description

Qatari Diar Egypt is hiring for an exceptional Marketing professional as Manager, Marketing with good understanding of real estate markets, branding and digital marketing trends. He/ she will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhances brand visibility, drive sales and position the company's real estate portfolio as a market leader. An ideal candidate should be:Bachelor's in business administration with specialization in Marketing or related fields. 8+ Years of experience in marketing with at least 2-3 years in Real estate. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)Proficient in marketing analytical tools and digital marketing platforms. Job Responsibilities:Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing real estate projects. Managing brand positioning and ensuring consistency across all communication channels and project materials. Conducting market research and competitive analysis while collaborating with management in defining product positioning, pricing and go-to market strategies. Planning and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, PR and experiential platforms. Overseeing creative development for ads, brand collaterals, on-site productions and promotional materials. Coordinating with media agencies, PR firms, and creative partners to optimize campaign performance. Managing project launches, events, and exhibitions to maximize visibility and engagement. Working closely with digital department to develop digital strategy including website, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media. Ensuring effective online lead generation and tracking through CRM systems. Analyzing campaign performance and optimize ROI through data driven decisions. Preparing and managing annual marketing budgets for assigned projects while monitoring expenditures and ensure cost efficiency. Liaising with internal stakeholders like sales, development, design, commercial and community teams and external stakeholders such as consultants, agencies and government entities. Developing KPIs and performance dashboards to track marketing effectiveness.
