ob Title: Marketing ManagerReports To: Sales and Marketing DirectorWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a specific focus on product innovation and market penetration.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales, business goals and objectives, ensuring brand repositioning to effectively communicate our value, quality, and reliability.Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing (radio, TV), with a strong emphasis on content marketing and targeted advertising to boost brand awareness, especially in new markets.Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis (weekly) to identify consumer trends, new design opportunities, and competitor strategies, providing crucial insights to the dedicated Product Team and senior management.Collaborate closely with the Product Team (CEO, CMO, Production, Sales, Commercial) to ensure our product designs, colors, and mixes adapt to market demands and competitor innovations.Lead the design and development of easy-to-access digital and hard copy product catalogues with detailed specifications to support project sales. Oversee the compilation and organization of necessary product documentation, certifications, and customer testimonials, particularly for large project clients. Actively explore and assess market opportunities for diversification, including sub-brands, brand extensions, new brand launches, conversion services, and contract manufacturing, aligning with overall business expansion goals.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI across all promotional activities.Collaborate with sales, product development, customer service, and other departments to create cohesive marketing initiatives and ensure a consistent customer experience across all touch-points. Plan and coordinate participation in industry-specific trade shows and exhibitions to showcase products and network with potential project clients.Develop and implement targeted sales promotions (e.g., "Buy 1 Get 1," discounts) and large-scale sales approaches.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes, including tracking brand awareness metrics and customer feedback. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and facilitating recruitment or upskilling in key areas such as digital marketing and analytics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, with a focus on product innovation and digital engagement. Equally responsible for the annual sales forecast achievement.Qualifications:Masters and/or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.10 years of experience in marketing management and at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional media.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer trends, and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions, with a specific focus on product and competitor insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, supply chain).Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising, CRM tools).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of identifying innovative product and promotional opportunities.Experience in brand repositioning, product launch strategies, and market diversification efforts is highly desirable.
