The Marketing Manager will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. He/She will be responsible in tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. If it moves the needle, you’re on it.Create scroll-stopping content for social, in-store, and beyond—stuff that grabs attention and converts fans into loyal customers.Build power partnerships with industry leaders, agencies, and vendors to amplify our reach.Track, measure, and optimize every campaign like a pro—because data is your superpower.Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing consumer behavior and spotting the hottest trends in retail fashion.What we are looking for:• Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Management or any similar course• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate coming from Retail Fashion, Advertising or Media industry.• Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Tiktok Ads Manager etc.).• Creative and has a passion for fashion and pop culture.• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail fashion / fashion marketing.• Knowledge in Photoshop or Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects is a plus.
