This is a client-facing role where you will lead marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and manage relationships with assigned clients. You will work closely with our creative, data, and operations teams to develop account-based nurturing programs that deliver real business outcomes.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable managing multiple accounts, and experienced in B2B marketing or account-based approaches.ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy and Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for several clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their goals.Develop, present, and implement quarterly ABN strategies and nurture frameworks.Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly during client meetings.Campaign Development and ExecutionPlan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media.Collaborate with content, creative, and analytics teams to bring campaigns to life.Manage campaign workflows using CRM and marketing automation tools.Analytics and OptimizationTrack key performance metrics such as engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Test, learn, and optimize strategies to enhance results.Team Collaboration and LeadershipCoordinate with internal teams to ensure quality deliverables and timelines.Support and mentor junior marketers when needed.Stay informed on B2B marketing trends and new ABM or ABN tactics.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, client management, or ABM/ABN roles.Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent English (B2 level or above).Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Apollo.Comfortable using AI tools for ideation, content development, and efficiency.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.Understanding of account segmentation and intent-based marketing.What We OfferRemote-first role available to professionals across Latin America.Opportunity to grow within a modern, AI-powered marketing agency.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of global B2B clients.
