Details:Role type: Full time.Location: Hybrid (2 days/wk onsite in London, UK)Our client, an IT firm (to be disclosed during process), is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join their team..About the RoleReporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for owning and delivering integrated marketing plans that drives brand awareness, engagement, demand, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of project management, campaign execution, content development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Plans and Budget: Develop and deliver quarterly marketing plans aligned to business goals, supporting demand generation, brand growth, and customer engagement. Contribute to budget planning, and forecasting.Brand & Positioning: Support brand consistency and evolve messaging across all channels and materials.Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Drive awareness and lead capture through the strategic development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, and events), ensuring alignment with sales pipeline goals.Product Launches: Assist in planning and executing for new product launches, ensuring messaging, positioning, and campaigns resonate with target audiences.Thought Leadership: Develop and amplify thought leadership content (whitepapers, blogs, case studies, speaker opportunities, etc) to elevate our brand and engage target audiences.Events & Webinars: Own the end-to-end delivery of Abacus-hosted high-impact events and webinars, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.Industry Events: Identify and participate in key industry trade shows, conferences, and partner events to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement targeted ABM strategies to nurture key accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, sales, products, customer success and external partners to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.Sales Enablement: Partner with sales to create high-impact collateral, presentations, and sales tools that support lead conversion and deal closure.Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards.Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies to deliver campaign elements on time and on brand.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing.5-7 years of marketing experience.Proven success in developing and managing integrated campaigns and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.Copywriting and content skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and tone of voice.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfortable with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, or similar) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding the sales funnel.
