Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager — Bali-based Wahi Group is a real estate development company behind projects like Element Residence, Oma Sora, Bocoa Villas and Sabawa Resort. We’re building design-driven, sustainable developments that blend architecture and nature — and we’re looking for a multi-skilled Marketing Manager to help us grow.You’ll be leading all marketing across our projects — digital and offline — from branding to lead generation. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who loves creating impact and building systems, not just running ads.You’ll be doing things like: • Managing and optimizing Meta + Google Ads, SEO, and retargeting• Developing brand strategy and creative direction• Coordinating content creation (photo, video, copy, design)• Running PR, events, and offline marketing initiatives• Using AI tools to streamline campaigns and boost results• Collaborating with sales to generate qualified leads• Analyzing data and improving ROIYou should have: • 5+ years of experience in marketing (real estate or hospitality preferred)• Proven experience with digital ads, SEO, and brand management• Strong English and communication skills• An international mindset and understanding of lifestyle or investment audiences• Ideally based in or willing to relocate to BaliNice to have: • Off-plan real estate marketing experience• Design sensibility or experience working with architecture / luxury brands• Familiarity with creative tools, CRM systems, and analyticsWe offer a creative environment, autonomy, and the chance to shape the marketing direction of some of Bali’s most exciting developments.More about Wahi:https://www.instagram.com/wahigroupbali/
