Our mission is to help industries operate sustainably while unlocking new value streams from waste.We specialize in supporting palm oil, coconut oil, and agro-industrial sectors across Southeast Asia.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing and business development efforts for waste-to-value and wastewater projects in Malaysia, with a focus on the palm and coconut oil industries. The successful candidate will develop strategic marketing initiatives, build client relationships, and support project growth across the region.Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the palm and coconut oil industries, highlighting Waste to Value’s technologies and sustainability impact. • Identify potential clients, projects, and partnerships in the industrial wastewater and biogas recovery sectors. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business expansion plans. • Lead digital and on-ground marketing campaigns, trade shows, and industry networking events. • Prepare technical marketing materials, client proposals, and presentations. • Collaborate with technical, operations, and sustainability teams to align marketing with project goals. • Track marketing performance metrics and generate reports for management.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Business (Master’s degree preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development in industrial, wastewater, or renewable energy sectors. • Strong understanding of palm oil and coconut oil production processes, especially waste and by-product management. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia • Demonstrated experience in sustainability, ESG, or circular economy marketing is highly valued. • Ability to travel within Malaysia for client meetings and site visits.What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • Opportunities to shape sustainable practices in Malaysia's agro-industrial sector • Collaborative, innovation-driven team environment • Career growth in one of the most impactful sectors for decarbonization and resource recoveryHow to ApplySend your CV to info@wtv.lk and cover letter to with the subject line:“Marketing Manager – Palm & Coconut Oil Industry (Malaysia)”
