Marketing Officer - Advertising SpaceAre you ready to learn fast and have an impact?Join Odoo, a SaaS company with a killer ERP system, a huge global community, and a fun and exciting work environment.We’re looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Officer - Advertising Space to take our brand visibility to the next level in Mexico and Latin America. You’ll play a critical role in executing large-scale awareness strategies through massive business events and media presence. From identifying key trade shows to negotiating with media outlets and optimizing advertising investments, you’ll be driving the visibility of Odoo while helping to generate leads and long-term partnerships.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong decision-making skills, and isn’t afraid to take full ownership of a project — from the planning stages to post-event evaluation.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and coordinate Odoo’s participation in major business events, expos, and trade shows across Mexico and LATAM.Plan and execute high-visibility marketing strategies with the goal of increasing brand recognition and generating qualified leads.Collaborate closely with the events team to manage end-to-end event logistics — from booth setup to vendor coordination and lead capture.Plan and implement mass media advertising campaigns: from outdoor billboards, buses, and transit ads to paid media, press, radio, and digital.Source and negotiate with vendors, media outlets, and agencies to maximize reach within budget constraints (we’re looking for smart negotiations).Collaborate with agencies on creative materials, ad formats, and installation of marketing assets.Monitor campaign performance (CPM, reach, frequency, ROI) and make data-driven decisions.Build and manage strong relationships with media partners for long-term brand positioning.Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of experience in marketing or communications with a strong focus on brand visibility and event strategy.Demonstrated experience in negotiating with media outlets and vendors.Knowledge of media planning and buying: CPM, coverage, frequency, and vendor evaluation.Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable with numbers and campaign metrics.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.English: Advanced (C1 or higher)Spanish: NativeNice to HaveExperience in SaaS, B2B tech companies, or companies with international expansion.Experience working with paid media across multiple formats.Knowledge of Excel or data tools for tracking campaign effectiveness.French language skills.Experience working with design agencies or media buying houses.What's great in the job?Great team of smart people, in a friendly and open cultureNo dumb managers, no stupid tools to use, no rigid working hoursNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomyExpand your knowledge of various business industriesReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast-evolving companyWhat We OfferEach employee has a chance to see the impact of their work.
