It also supports local economic growth by creating jobs and empowering communities—bringing us closer to a sustainable, water-secure Bangladesh.Max Social Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Officer (Contractual) to support Khulna region.Key Responsibilities:Promote and expand customer base for RO-treated water.Conduct door-to-door campaigns and community awareness sessions.Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Manage customer relations and ensure service satisfaction.Coordinate with technical and finance teams for smooth operations.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly marketing reports.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Social Science.Post-graduate diploma in Marketing/Sales preferred.Experience Requirements2 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational CompaniesAdditional RequirementsExperience:2–3 years’ experience in sales/marketing (preferably in water, WASH, or community services).Experience in RO water or utility-based products preferred.Skills & Attributes:Strong communication, negotiation & community engagement skills.Target-oriented, proactive & customer-friendly.Computer literate (MS Office, PowerPoint presentation).Willing to travel frequently within Khulna region.Job LocationKhulna (Rupsha)
