Role:  Marketing Officer Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful marketing officer to drive strategic growth, institutional visibility, and partnership engagement. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, building collaborative relationships, and implementing initiatives that promote all D&R products, academic programs, and missions locally and internationally.  The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator and strategic thinker who understands the education landscape and can position the organisation as a leading institution through innovation, outreach, and strategic alliances.  Resumption: Immediately Reporting Line: Director, Programmes, Projects & Partnership Working Relationships: All Departments Experience: 3 years and above in relevant field Employment Type: Full Time Location: Lekki, Lagos- Nigeria  Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Market Expansion Identify and explore new markets for D&R and TEIC’s programs and services. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and institutional reach. Analyse market trends to recommend new program opportunities or partnerships. Prepare and present business cases for expansion and program growth initiatives.  Partnership Development Build and manage relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, NGOs, and government agencies. Lead outreach efforts to establish collaborations, sponsorships, and affiliations. Represent TEIC at external meetings, education fairs, conferences, and events.  Brand Visibility & Promotion Work closely with the communications team to promote D&R and TEIC’s offerings across various platforms. Drive initiatives that improve the institution’s brand awareness and public engagement. Organize promotional campaigns, webinars, and community-focused programs.  Proposal Writing & Stakeholder Reporting Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Track the progress of business development projects and provide regular updates to leadership. Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, outreach efforts, and leads.  Revenue Generation & Institutional Advancement Identify revenue-generating opportunities through program innovation, grants, and partnerships. Support fundraising efforts, including proposal submissions for donor funding or sponsorships. Recommend pricing strategies and value-added services to improve institutional sustainability.  Key Skills & Competencies Strong networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to business development. Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Familiarity with the education sector and institutional development strategies. Proficiency in digital tools for research, reporting, and presentations.  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or institutional advancement. Proven track record of securing partnerships, increasing visibility, or driving organizational growth. Experience in the education or nonprofit sector is preferred but not mandatory.  Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Opportunity to influence the growth and direction of a rising educational institution. Access to professional development resources and events. Dynamic and collaborative work environment.  Interested candidates should kindly send their CVs to adetola@dixonandricks.org
