Biddutbid is looking for Marketing OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityDeveloping a pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share but considers customer satisfaction.Identifying new customers.Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations and profit loss projections.Building brand awareness and positioning.Planning and coordinating marketing efforts.Communicating the marketing plan.Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.Achieve daily, weekly & monthly target & collection.Keeping records of all sales & marketing activities.Other work assigned by Management.Understand the market, the customer and the competition.Ensure after sales service for customer satisfactionResponsible for managing client relationship.Regular follow to the clients.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil EngineeringDiploma in CivilBSc in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from any reputed institution.Experience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering FirmsAdditional RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firm.Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.Strong organizational and time management skillsCandidates from Real Estate Marketing Background will get preference.Proficiency in Microsoft officeGood communication & negotiation skills in Bengali & English.Tender Submission Knowledge will get preference.Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.Ability to work under pressure
