ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry and update internal databases.Process and file invoices, payment forms, and other documentation.Monitor and respond to enquiries received via the department’s general mailbox.Maintain proper records and filing of documents (both digital and physical).Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as required.RequirementsPolytechnic diplomaMinimum 1 year of working experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDetail-oriented and well-organizedAble to work independently with minimal supervisionPrior experience in administrative or data processing roles within property industry will be an advantage3 months contract (temporary position)
