This role combines strong operational management, event coordination, and marketing execution to ensure seamless delivery of offline campaigns and corporate events.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns and achieve business targets.ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementManage procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics for offline and corporate events, and lead negotiations to ensure contracts align with company objectivesTrack and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvementsSet up and manage dashboards and other relevant tracking toolsConduct regular checks on daily operations, sales transactions, and inventory to identify and address discrepanciesManage warehouse operations and logistics inventory, and oversee shipment processes including merchandise ordering and fulfillmentMarketing & PlanningPlan and organize resources for offline, corporate and cross function event setup and teardown, including site visits and on-site executionManage event inventory and coordinate requirements for all events, including exhibitor order fulfillmentCoordinates F&B orders for corporate activationsCoordinate creative briefs and oversee the printing of marketing materials and related procurement requestsCollaborate with marketing teams on branding, campaigns, and promotional activitiesGenerate ideas to strengthen offline visibility and customer engagementDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance Our Values Integrity Integrity Story: Say No to Super High LeverageWe hold fast to our value of integrity and attach great importance to user experience and risk management.
