Please ensure it is up to date and check it regularly.----About the RoleSupport the implementation and daily operation of marketing and commercial solutions for Brands and Vendors across the Buymed ecosystem. This role focuses on execution, cross-team coordination, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns and commercial initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Solution ExecutionWork closely with the Commercial Team to understand brand requirements and objectives.Support the deployment of campaigns, vouchers, media placements, and sales-driven initiatives based on approved plans.Execute solutions in line with approved scope, timeline, and budget.2. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a coordination point between Brands and internal execution teams.Ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.3. Monitoring, Reporting & Issue HandlingMonitor daily execution performance and identify issues early.Propose and implement operational-level solutions within assigned scope.Consolidate data and prepare progress and performance reports for relevant stakeholders.Ensure all deliverables, reports, and financial records are completed after each deployment.Key Requirements:Work Experiences:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in roles such as: Campaign Operations, Marketing Operations, E-commerce Operations, Trade MarketingGood understanding of digital marketing mechanics (vouchers, promotions, campaigns, media).Proficient in Excel, able to track data and prepare reports.Mindset & Culture FitAt Buymed, we value outcomes over intentions.
