Job Title: Marketing Operations ManagerDepartment: Marketing & CommunicationsReports To: Director of Brand & InnovationLocation: Thessaloniki, GreeceRole OverviewThis is a full-time, on-site role for a hands-on Marketing Operations Manager to drive the day-to-day execution of ARIS BC’s marketing and communications activity across digital and physical channels.Working closely with the Director of Brand & Innovation, the Press Officer, and the Content Team, you’ll turn creative ideas into live campaigns; from digital content drops and sponsor activations to e-shop and in-venue communications.This role is ideal for someone who combines creative production skills with operational discipline and wants to play an active part in the next chapter of one of Europe’s most historic basketball clubs.Key Responsibilities • Execute the marketing calendar in line with the club’s brand priorities, ensuring timely and consistent rollout across digital and in-venue channels. • Collaborate with the Content Team on campaigns, matchday activations, player signings, and sponsor deliverables. • Support the development and maintenance of the club’s website, e-store, and mobile app, coordinating with developers, designers, and suppliers. • Create and adapt basic marketing assets (e.g., graphics, short videos, promotional visuals) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express. • Publish and schedule content using social media management tools ensuring quality and alignment with the club’s tone of voice. • Coordinate and support home game operations, sponsor activations, digital screen updates, on-site communications, and content collection. • Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure accurate and on-time campaign delivery. • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and fan engagement trends.Requirements • 3+ years of marketing ops experience, ideally in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands. • Strong organisational and coordination skills, can manage multiple deadlines, and stakeholders. • Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools); bonus for basic video or photography skills. • Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms (preferred). • Experience with social media publishing tools (eg. Hootsuite) and analytics dashboards. • Working knowledge of campaign planning, digital channels, and content workflows. • Fluent in Greek and English. • Passion for sports and an appreciation for fan culture. • Availability for home games (evenings/weekends as required). • No travel required for away games.
