We’re a small, focused team with big ambitions:to build thoughtful, technical garments with sustainability atthe core.This role is for someone who wants to grow with us, help buildauthentic partnerships, and strengthen STRATUS’s presence inmountain communities.The RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help growSTRATUS’s network of ambassadors, athletes, and partners — andto keep the logistics of partnerships and shoots movingforward.This is not a narrow role — you’ll support everything frominfluencer outreach and relationship management, to trackingproduct seeding, to helping organize community events andassisting on shoots. You’ll work closely with the MarketingDirector to keep projects structured and ensure ourpartnerships and community presence run smoothly.Who You Are● You’re organized, reliable, and able to keep many movingparts on track.● You’re comfortable networking, coordinating influencers,handling product seeding and follow-ups, and assistingwith shoot logistics.● You thrive in building relationships — online and inperson — and enjoy connecting with ambassadors, athletes,and community members.● You know skiing and mountain sports intuitively and bringownership, curiosity, and drive to your work.What You’ll Do● Find, build, track and maintain relationships withinfluencers, ambassadors, athletes, and communitypartners.● Coordinate outreach, contracts, product seeding, shippingPR packages, influencer content acquisition & developingpartners.● Identify and collaborate with locals, athletes, andcreators to produce authentic regional content thatreflects our brand.● Accumulate external content from ambassadors, testers,and customers into usable content assets — starting leanand expanding based on results. (reels, phone/raw clips,photos, etc)● Evaluate performance on partnerships, double down or pullback based on results and returns.● Assist in the execution of brand shoots: sourcing talent,coordinating logistics, and supporting production on theday.● Help organize STRATUS’s involvement in local andmountain-town events to strengthen our communitypresence.● Strengthen STRATUS’s online presence through product andambassador content across digital and PR channels. Createclear, searchable product knowledge — best practices, SKUinsights, and testing — optimized for both audiences andAI discovery.● Support launches and seasonal initiatives through digitalcommunity activations.● Create workflows for influencers to work with us andgenerate ideas of deliverables and structured returns perproject.● Hands on ski days seeding product knowledge and workingathlete sponsorship programs, getting us in the hands ofindividuals we want to work with and making them fans ofthe brand.We’re Looking For Someone Who...● Is organized, proactive, and looks to bring structure toprojects.● Knows and loves skiing, endurance sports, or technicalapparel, passionate about aligning brand values with theright partners.● Can thrive on a flexible, project-based schedule.● Enjoys working in a small, collaborative team whereindependence matters.Skills That Would Be an Asset● Experience in the ski or outdoor industry.● Experience with influencer outreach and relationshiptracking, or with event coordination and communityengagement.● Event planning or community-building experience.● Project coordination or logistics background.● Photography, videography, or production supportexperience.What You’ll Get● A chance to grow with a mountain brand.● Part-time, 6-month contract with potential to grow interm and hours.● Starting rate: $23/h +performance bonus option.● Flexible hours and a mix of in-office, remote, andin-the-field work.● Exposure to athlete shoots, product launches, andauthentic community events.● The opportunity to be part of STRATUS’s growth insustainable design and mountain culture.● Team perks, plus days in the mountains with like-mindedpeople.
