With a global spend of approximately €480 million, this role is critical in driving marketing efficiency, optimizing sponsorship portfolios, and embedding data-driven decision-making across international markets. Main Tasks:Manage the Sponsorship & Activation Procurement category globallyOwn and roll out valuation tooling for Sponsorship & EventsEnsure alignment with Operating Companies and provide strong business partneringSupport local sponsorship portfolio optimization using data-based insightsFoster internal community management and promote Learn-Share-Reapply behaviorDrive capability building through toolkit development and deploymentManage internal and external stakeholder relationships effectively Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Effective deployment of sponsorship valuation toolsAlignment and productivity improvements across OpCosIncreased efficiency in sponsorship portfolio managementStrong stakeholder engagement and capability development Ideal Background:Education & Experience:University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field6-8 years of experience in commercial procurement, ideally in Sponsorships & EventsExperience in a complex international (FMCG) environmentFluent in English Functional Competencies:Strategic SourcingStakeholder Management & StorytellingAnalytical & Strategic InsightMarketing & Sales UnderstandingLet op: vacaturefraudeHelaas komt vacaturefraude steeds vaker voor.
