Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Lead and support strategic sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g., creative, media, digital, events, PR).Partner with internal and external stakeholders and external agencies to drive value, innovation, and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders on creating and implementing marketing procurement strategies.Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction.Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships with a focus on quality, cost, and service.Provide market insights and benchmarking to inform procurement decisions.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives and transformation efforts.Qualifications:2–3 years of consulting experience, preferably in the areas of marketing, procurement, vendor management or sourcing.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with professionalism and poise.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Client-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.Fluent in English and German
