The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple deliverables across teams and platforms.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate digital project timelines, tasks, and deliverables across marketing and creative teamsManage the organization, routing, and delivery of digital and marketing assetsSupport project scheduling, documentation, and meeting preparationTrack project status and update stakeholders on progress and requirementsMaintain trackers and reports using Excel and project management toolsEnsure all assets are properly formatted, version-controlled, and delivered on timeQualifications1–3 years of experience in project coordination, ideally within marketing, creative, or digital environmentsExperience managing marketing or digital creative assetsProficiency with Excel (tracking, organizing, reporting)Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
