Hi we are #hiring! – Marketing Project Lead - France This position is for 7-month contract.Job DescriptionPosition: Marketing Project Lead - France Position Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager – France & Western EuropeLocation: Paris, FranceJob Type: Hybrid (Office / Home)Are you ready to take your career to the next level and work for a company that is revolutionizing the world of health & wellness?We're looking for a talented Marketing Project Lead - France to translate the strategic direction for SKYN and MANIX brands to a successful marketing mix across France and drive brands development in both offline and online:Media & social media planning & executionConsumer experience - on digital and offline shelfTrade marketing: In-store visibility, POS materials and communication tools (B2B and B2C)E-comm & digital brand presence optimizationMarket data analysis and report performanceYou'll thrive in this role by leading cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic international environment and guiding external partners to bring our brand vision to life with impact.Key Responsibilities:Manage SKYN® and MANIX brands in France to drive growth and elevate our market presence.Contribute to the brands’ strategic plan from product launch planning and ensure that all aspects of the marketing mix and activities are implemented.Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the brands strategy.Source and work with suppliers and agencies that will assist in executing the SKYN® brand plans.Manage media planning, digital campaigns, social media, and influencer programs.Manage all aspects of trade marketing to meet the needs of the sales team and retailers.Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring continuous improvementMonitor and analyze market trends, research and competitors’ activities.Manage A&P with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager (reconciliation and monthly balancing, planning of investments)Support content for retailer strategy meetings and internal business reviews.Our ideal candidate:Able to communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally in English and French with various internal and external stakeholders and partners.Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and ownership.Creative thinker, with the ability to think outside the box is encouraged.A storyteller able to create compelling stories about the products.Able to analyze and interpret financials, performance, and ROI.Strong sense of accountability: can work autonomously while respecting alignment processes (reporting, approvals, cross-functional collaboration).Balanced approach: able to combine creative problem-solving with operational discipline.Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and a multicultural awareness/ international mind-set.Flexible and easily adapting to change, able to get well organized while managing multiple projects.Required experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or business-related studies3 years’ experience in marketing.Experience in working with pharmacy channels, and working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.Exposure to the full marketing mix (including digital) is essential incl. briefing agencies.Fluent French and Professional English required (spoken and written)Ability to travel up to an estimated 5-10%.About the CompanyLifeStyles has a history dating back to 1905 when Eric Ansell first started making condoms in Richmond Australia.Today LifeStyles is a Global leader in the sexual wellness sector, comprising a broad range of condoms, personal lubricants, and other related products and other products in over 60 countries.The LifeStyles family of brands includes the #1 global non-latex condom brand, SKYN®, Owning a large portfolio of trademarks, LifeStyles manufactures and commercialises its products, under its local heroes such as Mates®, LifeStyles®, Manix®, Unimil®, and Blowtex® and Control.
