About The TeamWe are looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Projects Team, supporting the growth of new initiatives.You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimising cross-functional marketing campaigns and business proposals designed to drive user adoption and enhance customer engagement.Job DescriptionDrive go-to-market efforts for new product and service launches, including the planning and implementation of in-app marketing campaigns and co-branded promotionsWork closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute key projects and special initiativesProvide marketing support and insights for ad-hoc initiatives requiring rapid execution and alignment with company objectivesProject manage and coordinate with internal teams including Business Development, Operations, Business Intelligence, Product, and Creative to ensure effective campaign deliveryLead the conceptualisation of marketing assets and manage the end-to-end deployment of campaign activities across channelsMaintain and monitor marketing budgets in collaboration with the internal Finance teamDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing effectiveness and support data-driven decision-makingAnalyse campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and recommend optimisation strategiesConduct competitive benchmarking and stay up to date with trends across e-commerce platforms and the financial services industryRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or digital bankingFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms and digital user engagement tacticsExcellent communication and project management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentAnalytical and structured thinker, with outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign reportingResult oriented with bias for hands-on execution
