Job Purpose:The role Marketing Manager (Reown & SAARC) will be responsible to lead all marketing initiatives for the Reown and SAARC businesses. This includes both digital and offline activities, directly assisting the Reown business teams and supporting the sales, service, dealer development & Rides teams across SAARC markets inline with the organization's strategyPosition Overview:Location: GurugramPosition Title: Marketing ReownReports to: Team Manager - ReownFunction: Marketing IndiaWhat you’ll do:Primarily to optimize exchange, buy, and sell inquiries and improve customer satisfaction, through dedicated marketing support and strategic interventions across all digital and offline campaigns.Primary custodian in building & executing the annual & festive promotional calendar for reown & SAARC markets (in-search/intender) as per brand tenets provided by head office, across Above the Line (ATL) / Blow the line (BTL) channels in conjunction with Business / Public Relations / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Rides teams delivering annual business funnels (marketwise & model wise).Ensure Strict adherence to brand guidelines across all consumer touch points within the region as prescribed by head office (lead for regional event associations/sponsorships/product placements)Analyzing Monthly MIS data and conversion funnels and reportingOwnership of reown & SAARC Strategic Business Plan (SBP) marketing budget & Adherence to spends- monthly phasing of advertising & promotion.To identify and nurture suitable BTL agency partners/vendors to drive the customer engagementstrategy & conduct BTL events/promotions across targeted markets and touch points in order to deliver the strategic job to be done for reown.Overall custodian of the marketing / business funnel for reown &SAARC - at both digital &offline.Ensure the creative assets are being delivered on time for reown & SAARC as per the annual plan.Strategise & execute the paid media plan for reown & review the MIS with the agency on a monthly basis.Ensure the new launches pre &post campaign as per the brand guidelines for SAARC.Ensure the monthly/quarterly deliverables of marketing assets & execution of activity as per the plan for both reown & SAARC markets.What you'll bring:Experience: At least 3-8 years of experience with BTL Activations and Digital Marketing.Qualification : MBASkills: Experience in Reown Business, SAARC sales, Service & Rides,Strong Communication skills
