Help shape Knightcorp’s quarterly insights - and the daily content that brings them to market.Knightcorp is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing & Research Graduate to join our team on a casual basis. You’ll contribute to our Quarterly Insight Reports and play a hands‑on role in the everyday content that brings those insights to life - across social posts, infographics, shorter guides, checklists and more.This is an exciting opportunity to apply your research and analytical skills while building practical marketing capability. You’ll be guided and mentored by a seasoned senior marketer who doesn’t just hand over tasks, but walks you through the logic, business case, and “why” behind our work so you grow faster and understand how insights translate into commercial outcomes.Schedule: ~16 to 24hr a week to startDuration: Ongoing (potential to extend FT)Location: Sydney‑based team; hybrid options availableWhat you’ll doResearch & Insight DevelopmentConduct thorough research on the insurance market and selected industries to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.Collect and analyse data from credible sources (industry reports, government publications, expert interviews).Synthesise complex information into clear, actionable insights for corporate and enterprise audiences.Collaborate with Knightcorp subject matter experts to validate and strengthen findings.Contribute to drafting and editing our Quarterly Insight Reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.Everyday Content Creation (Go‑to‑Market)Research and build daily social content (e.g., posts, threads, carousels) that distils report insights into timely, engaging pieces.Research and create infographics and data visualisations that communicate key points at a glance.Produce short‑form assets—guides, checklists, one‑pagers, summaries—that support campaigns and sales conversations.Write compelling headlines, captions and calls‑to‑action aligned with Knightcorp’s tone of voice.Assist with content planning (topic calendars, sequencing, repurposing) to maximise reach and relevance.Design Collaboration & PublishingBrief and collaborate with our designer to bring concepts to life - ensuring outputs are on brand and easy to scan.Support the creation of charts, graphs and infographics for reports and social.Help prepare assets for publication (proofing, compliance checks, formatting).Contribute to lightweight distribution tasks (e.g., posting to social, uploading assets, tagging, basic tracking).Mentorship & LearningWork 1:1 with a senior marketer who will explain the strategy behind each task—so you understand how research connects to marketing outcomes.Receive feedback on structure, messaging and prioritisation.Build skills across research, content, design collaboration, and basic analytics.Skills & QualificationsRecent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field, with a strong interest in market research.Ability to gather, analyse, and synthesise data into concise, compelling insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing for a professional audience.Familiarity with data visualisation or interest in learning how to present data effectively.Strong attention to detail; deadline‑reliable and organised.Collaborative mindset; proactive and comfortable working independently.Knowledge of the insurance industry is desirable but not essential.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
